Horizon's second generation of mobile applications is here! This new secure mobile application adds many new features that customers have been requesting:
- Formation top report - now you can view the formations from the prognosis along with the actual depth and date they were achieved in drilling. Formations that have not yet been drilled will have predicted tops based upon the last top actually drilled and the formation thickness on the prognosis.
- MWD Surveys - see MD, TVD, Inclination, Azimuth and VS.
- Email or text well information from your phone - real-time well information can be sent as an email or text directly from your phone--just fill in the address/phone number and the information is on its way.
- Well archive - review formations and drilling information from your previous wells in the Horizon system.
The third generation mobile app is also already under development. Slated for fall delivery, this version will allow you to check survey and gamma ray information from your phone. We are also working to expand the email/text capabilities to allow you to send formation, survey and gamma ray info in addition to real-time well data.
