Even though 2009 was a down year for the industry, Horizon Well Logging expanded to become one of the largest and fastest-growing mud logging firms in the U.S.  We are expecting even more growth in 2010 and in response have started our Field Geologist Development Program (FGDP). 

The FGDP is a program for recent geology graduates (preferably 2008 or later) who are interested in establishing a solid foundation in geological field work in the energy industry.  We provide a rigorous training program and professional work environment, you provide the geological education and desire to learn.  Our FGDP is a fantastic entry level program for those holding Bachelor's or Master's degrees in geology (or a related earth science).
